Now, let us know your detailed address and select a delivery time slot. Our representative will deliver the products at your doorsteps/ at your convenience.

Question: How much does a delivery cost? 
Answer: Our delivery charges range from BDT 80 to BDT 150 depending on slot availability.  Delivery fee inside Dhaka is BDT 80. And outside Dhaka is BDT 150.

Answer:  We deliver from 8:00AM to 10:00PM every day. You can make a choice from the available time slots as per your convenience.

Question: How do I find out when my order will arrive my given address? 
Answer: Our representative will make you a call you as soon as they are at your doorstep to let you know about your delivery. 

Question:  How do I pay for my order? 
Answer:  We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and we also have Online Credit Card/Debit Card/ Online bKash/ Nagad Service.


Question:  Do you serve my area? 
Answer: We deliver across Bangladesh.


Question: What to do if I can’t find the product I am looking for?
Answer:  Jitben.com is always open to new suggestions and will add an item to our inventory just for you. There is a "Product Request" feature that you can use to inform us about your desired products. You can also call 01810198750 or mail us at info@jitben.com  to add an item to our inventory. 

 

Question: What if I place a wrong order?

Answer:  Please immediately call 01810198750 and let us know the problem. 


Question: What if the item you ordered is out of stock? 
Answer:  We hold our own inventory in our warehouses, so we rarely run out of stock. However, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will SMS/call you and let you know what substitutes are available. 


Question: What about the prices? 
Answer: Our prices are our own. We always try our best to offer you at cheap/ below the market prices. We work hard to keep our prices lower. If you think that any products on the site has been priced unfairly/ unjustifiably, please let us know. 

Question: What’s our policy on refunds? 
Answer: You may get a refund within seven days on unopened or damaged products. For diapers and perishable products, we have a one-day-return policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please contact us at 01810198750 if you want to return an item. 

Question: Can I get a refund via cash? 
Answer:  Yes, we can refund you cash or we will update the credit to your jitben.com’s account. 


Question: What is jitben’ discounting policy? 
Answer: We always try to provide the best deals and many of our products are already discounted below the maximum retail price (MRP). We also offer discount codes under special circumstances, which are applied on the MRP. On any given product, we can only apply one type of discount. We always consider the best discount available to the customer.
